All students will receive thirty-six (36) Continuing Professional Development hours for attendance in each five day course.
How do I
register?
Register
on-line by filling in the registration form
and pressing the submit button. You can also call the office or send an
email/fax with the student name and date of the course.
What is our
registration and cancellation
policy?
Our company policy is to hold the registration period
open until two (2) weeks before the start of the school. This is to minimize the
chance that we will need to cancel or reschedule a school. If enrollment has
insufficient numbers two (2) weeks prior to the course, we reserve the right to
cancel the course. We hope you understand our position and make your travel
plans accordingly, as we cannot be responsible for fees charged for canceling or
changing your travel plans.
Cancellation by the
student within two weeks before the course starts will be charged full tuition
fees. However, as a courtesy, we will allow you to apply your payment toward
any future seminar within one year from the date you cancel. Substitutions are
welcome and names may be changed at any time.
What happens
after registering for a course?
Upon registration, we will email you a copy of the
confirmation letter, maps and directions to the classroom. The original
confirmation letter and invoice will be mailed to you. If you do not receive an
email with a copy of the confirmation letter
within a couple of days of registration, please notify us.
When are
tuition fees
due?
The full fee is due prior to
the start date of the course. The course fees
are invoiced about three (3) months before the first day of class. Payment
is accepted in the form of cash, check, credit card or wire transfer. We accept American Express,
Visa and MasterCard.
What does the
tuition fee cover?
The fees include
course materials, daily refreshments and a Certificate of Completion. It does not cover
hotel cost, meals or any travel expenses.
What are the
class hours?
Registration begins at
7:30 a.m. on the first day of school with class starting promptly at 8:00 a.m.
Normal class hours will be from 8:00 a.m. ‑ 5:00 p.m. Attendees are on their
own for a lunch from usually from 12:00 ‑ 1:00.
What time does the
last day of class
end?
All five (5) day
courses usually ends by noon on the last day. If you must leave early,
please let the instructor know. If he can, he will adjust his schedule to
accommodate your early departure.
What is the closest
airport
to Prentice Training Company?
The closet airport is the Lafayette Regional Airport (LFT)
in Lafayette, LA. It is about five (5) minutes away. If you are
flying out of Lafayette, it is recommended that you arrive two (2) hours prior
to the departure time.

taxi charges from the Airport
to the hotels?
Taxi charges to and from the airport are approximately
$20 per trip. Some of the hotels have a “Courtesy Van” for hotel guest.
